Auction Agreement
The Project Agreement is a tool used by NameYourTestPrice.com outlining the Statement of Work and deliverables prior to any testing commencing. This tool is beneficial to our clients, referred to as Seekers, participating labs and Testing Providers, as it clearly outlines the testing to be conducted, when it is to be completed, and any other project-specific information, removing any uncertainty from the testing process and the specific testing project.
The Project Agreement also includes, via attachments, related project documents, including specifications and unique testing protocols, if applicable.
Though the Project Agreement is in place, there are those times when a dispute may occur, and in those situations, a careful review of documentation is conducted. Therefore, it's imperative that the Project Agreement be as complete as possible, as it facilitates everything throughout the life cycle of the project.
