This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA6648-15-T-0001 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document with the incorporated provisions and documents are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72.
The Department of the Air Force 482nd Homestead ARB, FL has a requirement for laboratory analytical services in support of our Safe Drinking Water Act Program. This work requires routine (EPA compliance monitoring); laboratory analysis for Stage 2 Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts Rule monitoring parameters (TTHM and HAA5) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 22 January 2015 for Laboratory Services for Homestead ARB Drinking Water Program. We anticipate a single award contract based on lowest price, technically acceptable with 1 base year and 4 option years. The option year will commence immediately following the preceding year. The contractor's proposal must include all items listed for each CLIN and period of performance.
This procurement is a 100\% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541380 and small business size standard is $15M. A fixed price contract will be awarded for this solicitation. Offerors are required to be registered in Systems for Awards Management (SAM) to receive an award. The solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOps website. Paper copies will not be available. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the interested parties' responsibility to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation.
Proposals are due in the Homestead ARB, FL contracting office no later than 4:00 P.M. local time on 25 February 2015. Please note that official information concerning this acquisition will be provided only by the Contracting Officer or the Buyer.
